EFKA® RM 1506
Anti-settling and anti-hard caking agent for solvent based systems; hard paste type of polyethylene wax dispersed in xylene; well suited for most solvent-based systems in dipping, spraying and aerosol applications.
EFKA® RM 1506 is a hard paste-type polyolefin wax thickener which is designed to provide anti-settling and anti-hard caking performance with improved stabilization of pigment dispersion in solvent-based coatings. It is suitable for all types of enamels, including heavy duty coatings. EFKA® RM 1506 has a bubble structure which gives lower viscosity and enhances scratch resistance. It is superior to clay and silica additives for preventing pigment settling and hard caking without affecting viscosity.
EFKA® PB 2744 is an ultra low VOC de-aerator providing excellent efficiency as well as long-term persistency and effectiveness against macro and micro-foam. Recommended for clear and pigmented resin systems, and compatible in high solids 2K polyurethane, 2K epoxy and UV coatings. Especially suitable for high solids
industrial flooring.
شرکت BASF اخیرا ضد کف جدیدی برای سامانه های پوششی ۱۰۰ درصد جامد معرفی است. این ضد کف جدید که با نام تجاری EFKA PB2744 به بازار عرضه شده است بر پایه ترکیبات پلیمری بوده و حاوی مقادیر کمی سیلیکون می باشد.
EFKA PB2744 دارای VOC بسیار پایینی می باشد. این ضد کف دارای کارایی عالی در برابر کف های ماکرو و میکرو می باشد. این ضد کف باعث همتراز شدن و هموار شدن سطح نیز می گردد. همچنین پایداری تحت تنش برشی و شرایط انبارداری را بهبود می بخشد. EFKA PB2744 بطور ویژه برای فرمولاسیون های کف صنعتی طراحی شده است. از آنجا که دارای VOC بسیار پایینی می باشد با بیشتر استاندارد های زیست محیطی مطابقت دارد و نیازی به برچسب مواد خطرناک ندارد. EFKA PB2744 عملکرد بسیار خوبی در پوشش های کف پلی اورتان دو جزئی ایجاد می کند. همچنین در فرمولاسیون پوشش های کف اپوکسی نتایج عالی ایجاد می کند. سایر کاربرد های این ضد کف عبارتند از پوشش های صنعتی با جامد بسیار بالا و پوشش های سخت شونده با اشعه یو وی.
EFKA® PU 4047 is a modified polyurethane that improves gloss and reduces flooding problems. It gives higher color strength and lower viscosity. This product is used for all kinds of solvent borne coatings as well as pigment concentrates. The higher molecular weight of EFKA® PU 4047 compared to EFKA® PU 4046 gives stronger deflocculation results with some organic pigments and carbon blacks. In spite of its higher molecular weight, EFKA® PU 4047 has a wide compatibility with all kinds of resins. Pigment concentrates based on EFKA® PU 4047 show lower viscosity than concentrates made with any other EFKA® polymeric dispersants and can even be used in pure let downs based on white spirit.
EFKA® FA 4671 helps to prevent interfacial tension between the hydrophilic pigments/extenders and the binders. This results in reduced dispersion time, stabilization of the pigment dispersion, decreased flooding of pigments, and prevention of hard sedimentation. This product is an alkylol ammonium salt of a high-molecular weight carboxylic acid. EFKA® FA 4671 is suitable for use in low or high-polarity solvent systems as well as water-based coatings. It is used to reduce flooding and settling in non-polar systems e.g. air drying alkyd paints. It is an effective anti-settling agent in wash and shop primers. It improves the color acceptance of tinting bases in white latex paints, resulting in higher pigment efficiency.
Dispex® Ultra PA 4550 is a clear, slightly yellowish liquid high-molecular-weight dispersing agent. This product stabilizes the pigment dispersion of inorganic and organic pigments and improves gloss, color strength, flocculation stability, and anti-flooding behavior. Dispex® Ultra PA 4550 is pH-independent and has a broad compatibility in most commonly used water-based coatings. It is completely water-soluble and does not need to be neutralized.
ضدشره Dapro BEZ 75 مانع از شره رنگ و رسوب پیگمنت و فیلرها در پوشش می شود . ضدشره Dapro BEZ 75 قابل کاربرد برای تمامی رنگهای پایه حلال آلکیدی ، اپوکسی ، نیتروسلولزی ، آلکید ملامین ، کلروکائوچو می باشد.میزان مصرف ضد شره Dapro BEZ 75 بین 0.2 الی 1 درصد وزن کل فرمولاسیون است.
